This Privacy Policy explains how Swap Cam (“Swap Cam”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information. It also explains the privacy rights available to you under applicable law, including the GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other global privacy regulations.
By using the Swap Cam mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information processed through the Swap Cam mobile app (“App”) and any related features, tools, or services we provide.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.

You may upload images, GIFs, videos, and other media (“Face Content”) to use Swap Cam features. We require permission to access your device storage or camera roll for this purpose.
We may collect face-swapped images, edited images, avatars, and other outputs you create in the App (“Generated Content”). Retention periods are explained in Section 9.
With your explicit opt-in consent, we may process biometric-related data, including face geometry or facial mapping data, solely to provide AI face swap or face-related features. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
Any content you intentionally share publicly (e.g., on social media) becomes public information and is not subject to the same protections as non-public data.
We collect limited payment-related information to process purchases of PRO features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. We do not store full credit card details.
If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address, account ID, and message content.
